Why Brightlane Exists

When Faraz set out to form his own US LLC as a non-US founder, he quickly realized the process was far more opaque than it needed to be. Conflicting advice online. Expensive lawyers who didn't specialize in non-US founders. No one to just walk him through it clearly.

He figured it out — but it took more time, money, and frustration than it should have. After going through it himself, the path forward was obvious: build a service that gives every global founder the same access, with none of the runaround.
